2019 was one for the books and so full of weddings, couples and designs that I fell for hard. I’m continuously delighted and amazed by my good fortune with clients who become friends and how much trust there is for me to tell the story of their wedding day. It’s certainly not something I take for granted, so to all my amazing couples of 2019: thank you!

I thought it would be fun to take you out of Brooklyn for my first blog post of the year all the way across the country, in fact, to Lake Tahoe where the dearest couple Amanda and Andy were married. I’ve known Andy and had many Thanksgivings with him and his big sister, the incomparable Lauren Slusher, for years and getting to meet the newest member of the Slusher family was a dream. I love you guys! So, please enjoy as we take a trip to the most magical land that I definitely want to go back to A S A P. All California weddings are welcome here!
