Recently the already lovely Green Building got a dazzling addition of Natalie + Tim plus their ready-to-dance guests, jamming band and the most drool worthy floral decorations I can imagine. The ceremony aisle alone was enough to stop you in your tracks. It was the. best. day. So much love for the incredible Natalie + Tim!Read more
Camp weddings. Don’t even get me started. As a former camp kid, I can imagine almost no better setting for a wedding than at camp with your nearest and dearest. That’s exactly what happened for Medaya + Tom at the beautiful Cedar Lake Estates. Enough from me - see more below!Read more
Sarah + Danny had an all out party of a wedding and it was so much fun to be a part of. They ran down the aisle together for the funniest/sweetest ceremony officiated by Sarah’s sister and after that partied the night away. Endless treats kept coming out for the guests, the dance floor was on fire and it was definitely one to remember. These guys are amazing.Read more
Anelise + Hugo had the most beautiful wedding at Brooklyn Winery this past year. They invited friends from nearby as well as Brazil, which included a beautiful English-Portugese ceremony and stunning DIY details. Anelise’s creative spirit showed in every aspect of the day and Hugo’s background in photography (yay!) was incorporated by getting ready at a photo studio in the neighborhood. Such an honor to be a part of this beautiful day with these two who poured so much of themselves into the planning to make it just perfect for their family and friends. Parabéns, A+H!Read more
Just stopping by to send each and every one of you the warmest holiday wishes and all the best for this new year. What a year! (I say every year.) My little family got a little older (3 and 1 year olds now!) and our apartment is totally packed with robots, space ships, crayons and coloring books, soccer balls and all those lovely things that let you know two small boys live with you. My husband had a great year of touring followed up by Off-Broadway Clueless (get tickets!) and I had the best year of weddings, mostly at home in Brooklyn. I love all of you! With that update I just really wanted to thank my amazing couples and their families for being so cool, throwing the best parties, incorporating the quirkiest surprises and just being so wonderful to work with.
CHEERS TO 2019!
Jess + Justin, the loveliest of people, were married in Brooklyn at the Green Building this past spring. I don’t think I have ever seen Jess without her megawatt smile and the whole day was filled to the brim with love and big smiles! From the gorgeous first look at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge to the happy tears filled ceremony and lit dance party the day was 100%.Read more
